Purchase Policy

When buying an item, you agree that:
(i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it:

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. CONSENT TO USE THE IMAGE AND ITS PROCESSING

1. I give permission to Studio DN in Oudenaarde to dispose of materials with my participation of a free, irrevocable right to use photographs, film and television materials on which my image is perpetuated.

2. The consent covers the use, consolidation and reproduction of the indicated materials
through any medium, as part of artistic work
for purposes of popularizing the above and activities of Studio DN.

3. At the same time, I waive all rights related to the control and approval of each time the use of images with the image, including the use of them for connection with other images through digital techniques.

4. I declare that I am unrestricted in legal capacity.

INFORMATION CLAUSE ON THE USE OF IMAGE AND PROCESSING

According to art. 13 para. 1 and par. 2 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), I inform that:
1) Your personal data will be processed on the basis of. Art. 6 paragraph 1 point b of the GDPR, in order to participate in the promotion of w.w. business
2) Providing your personal data is necessary in connection with my work. You are obliged to provide them, and the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to participate in the session
3) Your personal data will not be transferred to recipients located in countries outside the European Economic Area (European Union countries and Iceland, Lichtenstein and Norway).
4) Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the campaign, as well as after its completion until the claims have expired, as well as the performance of obligations under the law.
5) You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to raise objections, to which purpose you will notify the Administrator in writing.

8) According to the law in force, your data may be transferred to entities
processing them at our request, eg subcontractors of our services and entities authorized to obtain data under applicable law, e.g. courts or authorities authorized to do so.
